OUR POLICY ABOUT RESERVATIONS

If you want to make a reservation, you can do it with an e-mail or phone call (reconfirmation by mail) telling then clearly the arrival and departure dates, the kind of room you wish (single, double with twin beds or one queen bed; private or shared bathroom) and the number of people coming.
We will contact you as soon as possible telling you then our availability or giving alternatives for your reservation.

We kindly ask for a reconfirmation at least 3 days before your arrival. When you reconfirm, please tell at what time more or less are you going to arrive in Pucón and by which mean of transportation.

NOTE: We accept US dollars and Euros in cash, but no Traveller Cheques or Credit Cards.

The prices in dollars are according to a rate

1US$ = 600 Chilean Pesos and may change.

Since 15 of December 2008 Paradise Pucon Hostel change his rate to High Season rate.
